École-O-Champ’s team wish to inform its community members,stake holders and all the participants of our actives that different health measures will be implemented this summer in response to the COVID19 situation. We will maintain our activities but will adapt them to ensure that we are reducing the risks of contamination to a minimum. For all our activities happening at L’Abbaye d ’Oka, washing hands before and after the encounterswill be mandatory. The majority of our activities are already happening outdoor and our indoor Desjardins Hall will be sanitized regularly. Please note that any individuals that present COVID19 symptoms or have been in contact with people that show symptoms won’t be authorized to attend any of our activities.
The groups that participate in our young bio-food
entrepreneur program will be limited to 10 people per session, and a distance of 2 meters will be maintained between individuals at all time, to the very best of our ability.
Our summer day camp Agricool will take place as planned in July and August 2020 at L’Abbaye d’Oka. Groups will be limited to 15 children and 90% of the activities will be delivered outside. A distance of 2 meters will be maintained between individuals at all times, to the very best of our ability. A daily routine of hand washing will also be implemented with children. Kids that shows COVID19 symptoms or have been in contact with people that show symptoms won’t be authorized to attend any of our activities. Please note that a written disclaimer explaining the camp schedule, health measures and risks will need to be signed by parents with the registration.
